Instead of sending a list of the pairing codes displayed on your screen to Intouch.com’s Support Team every time you pair a screen, the Deployment Partner(s) can now take care of the pairing process autonomously through the Intouch Pairing App, without requiring access to your Intouch Live Portal.
After installing the screen inside the store, the deployment partner scans the QR code displayed on our web-based media player using their smartphone. They enter the enrollment key, then the QR code directs them to the pairing web app.
You can authorize a specific Deployment Partner, or multiple partners, to enroll the screens by providing them with a unique 5-digit enrollment key that expires after 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days as determined upon creation.
This way, you won’t need to be involved as a retailer in the pairing process at all, so it will save you time and effort; and at the same time, you won’t risk your portal’s privacy, as the Deployment Partner(s) won’t have any access to it.
